Stratex Oil & Gas is a publicly-traded (Ticker: STTX) independent energy company focused on the exploration, acquisition and production of crude oil in the Bakken, Three Forks, Heath and Tyler Formations in North Dakota and Montana, and the Niobrara Formation in Colorado, Nebraska and Kansas. Stratex’s oil and natural gas operations are primarily concentrated in the Williston Basin and Denver-Julesberg Basin.  Our corporate strategy is to internally identify, evaluate, and acquire geographic prospects using subsurface geology, geophysical data, and exploratory drilling so as to create a desirable oil portfolio of significant proven reserves.  We primarily employ a non-operated business model to minimize operating and overhead costs while still participating in the revenue stream of each well on our properties. Also, Stratex owns an operating interest in a producing well in Roosevelt County, Montana.
